"Spicy Porridge"

Ingredients :
  • 1 kg of rice
  • 1 coconut grated
  • Anchovies terrain quarter kg
  • Peanuts (fried) 1/4 kg
  • 2 bunches Watercress
  • 1 bunch of Pakis
  • Leaves of turmeric to taste
  • Long Beans 1/4 kg
  • Sprouts 1/2 kg
  • Coriander to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Supplement :
Sauces, soy sauce and orange pontianak

How to make:

  • Roasted grated coconut rice and add the coriander and pepper to taste
  • Once cooked, then pounded
  • Cook ingredients that have been pounded before, add a little water and stir, put anchovies, peanuts, long beans that had been cut into pieces, bean sprouts, kale, fern, turmeric leaves
  • Serve with additional ingredients to taste
