Lepat Cassava

Ingredients:
  • 1kg peeled cassava
  • Brown sugar 1/2 kg
  • 1 whole grated coconut

How to make:

  • Cassava grated and squeezed, prepare container insert that has been grated cassava, grated coconut and brown sugar and stir until well blended all parts
  • Put a little batter into the banana leaf wrap like making rice cakes,
  • Then steamed until cooked
