"Martabak Mini"

Ingredients:
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tbsp salt
  • 250 ml warm water
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten 
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp vanilla

Supplementary materials:

  • margarine
  • Sweetened condensed milk chocolate
  • grated cheese
  • Brown meses
 
How to make:
Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Pour warm water mix well, let stand 30 minutes
Add the eggs, vanilla, and baking soda. Stir pat
Prepare martabak mold that has been heated, pour one cup of batter into a hot mold. Wait until the dough is perforated, thin sprinkle of sugar and cover the pan allow it to mature
• Remove from the mold while hot rub margarine. Pour sweetened condensed milk and a sprinkle of cheese, mesis fold back and rub with margarine
